Greetings from the Pastor:

Permit me to take this opportunity to officially welcome you to the Friendship Missionary Baptist Church website and to our entire ministry.

God has established many churches in His Kingdom. We are blessed to be one of those He chose to place in Tuscaloosa and West Alabama.

Friendship Missionary Baptist Church is a ministry and we take what God has given us seriously. We pursuit the challenge of ministry vigorously and we do it all by His Grace and Power. Without it, what we do would be meaningless and unfruitful.

My wife and I have only been here a short while and we have been placed here to enhance the work, which my predecessor, Dr. Myron  Hamner,  began and continued for many years. With the strength that we get from God and the overwhelming support of the Friendship Family, we plan to continue and expand that legacy of leadership and lift higher the Name of Jesus in this venue.

We invite you to join us in this effort. If you don’t have a church family and would desire to grow with us in ministry, we encourage you to become part of the Family of Friendship. If you’ve been detached from a ministry because of relocation to Tuscaloosa and West Alabama, this is an excellent time and place to get reconnected.
